Travel Agents, now you can book through GDS-Galileo – Our Domestic/International Flights
Introduction
Here Sama is on GDS-Galileo for travel agency subscribers.
Sama Airlines is announcing a solution that will allow its entire network of travel agency locations to access international flights offered on GDS-Galileo.
By providing Galileo connected travel agencies with access to all our domestic and international flights content, this upgrade provides a new revenue channel, and improves the service the agents can offer customers whether they are seeking a low cost carrier option as either all or part of their journey.
In a highly competitive travel environment, our top priority is to assist travel agents to increase their efficiency for enquiries and bookings, ultimately saving them time and increasing their revenue streams.}
Booking Procedure – Check GC*ZS/4 and GC*ZS/5 or as stated below
Now Simply Book and Sell Sama International & Domestic flights via Galileo
Making a Booking in Galileo is easy, just follow these simple steps:
- Check availability A23MAYDMMJED/ZS
(the Sama 2 letter code is ZS)
N(need)1(no. seats)Y(bkg class)1(line number) – N1Y1 (Sama only permits 2 x flight sectors per Galileo PNR)
- Add all passenger names e.g. N.SAMA/LELTAYARANMR
- Add Agency Contact Details under Phone Field e.g. P.RUHT*012630093 SAMA,
Make sure to add passenger contact details which is mandatory.(You will be able to use your Profiles as normal)
- To add Ticketing, Enter T.T*
- Add Received Field (R.PSGR)
- Make payment and confirm your booking by entering SSR as per the example shown below. This invoice payment option is for those agents who have credit account with SAMA. Make sure sufficient funds are available on account with Sama.

VI: Visa Card, AX: American Express, CA: Master Card
You will receive a Sama Booking Number under *VR as soon as your reservation is confirmed by Sama.
If Sama Booking Number does not appear, contact ZS GDS Helpdesk.
The Booking Number (VR) will be required for check-in along with valid travel document.
Please ensure your customers are briefed with ZS terms & conditions of carriage.
If *VR does not appear in few minutes after Ignore & Retrieve (IR) please call our GDS Helpdesk for assistance TEL: 01 2036143
IMPORTANT:
CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS are NOT Permitted through Galileo after the booking has been completed. These actions will Auto Cancel your PNR. Call the Sama Helpdesk 920006688 for assistance.
Additional SSR / OSI and Infants / Wheel Chair etc.. Are offered on Sama flights.
These must be requested via the Travel Agent Helpdesk on 920006688.
