Scheme summary
1. Sama would like to encourage you, our guest, to make Sama your first airline of choice when making your travel arrangements
2. To reward such loyalty:
Fly 9 Sama flights in a calendar year and the 10th flight is free
3. Your free flights can be claimed by simply submitting 9 boarding pass stubs from the 9 flights that you have already flown. It’s as easy as that.
Scheme rules
1. A flight is a one-way trip on Sama from an origin city to a destination city, including any intermediate stops.
2. Proof of flight is the boarding pass stub that you retain after boarding.
3. Only boarding pass stubs from the same guest who actually travelled will be accepted. Different guests cannot combine stubs to qualify for a free flight.
4. All travel on Sama is eligible. No travel on other airlines is eligible.
5. All Sama domestic and international destinations are eligible for the free flight.
6. All boarding cards must be dated within 12 months of the free flight.
7. Sama permits minors (children under the age of 18) to be eligible for the 9 for 1 scheme subject to Sama’s general terms and conditions in relation to the travel of minors.
8. Sama is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or destroyed boarding pass stubs.
9. Sama will not allow a guest to claim a free flight if misuse or violation of scheme rules is suspected.
10. Bookings are required prior to arrival at the airport. Booking can be made at Sama sales offices in the main city centres and airports
11. The guest may pass the free seat to immediate family members provided that such relation can be proved
12. At the time of reservation, any applicable government-imposed taxes, user fees and airport charges must be paid.
13. Free travel bookings are subject to seat restrictions, and seats will not be available for travel on all flights on all days. It may be particularly difficult to secure a seat to popular destinations around holiday periods.
14. If you ask to book your free travel award on a date for which no seats are available to the city you request, we will accommodate you on the nearest date for which seats are available.
15. Sama may from time to time offer "bonus" awards or credits, to help progress towards earning your free flight. Such offers are not a part of the program’s formal award structure and may be temporary. Sama reserves the right to modify or eliminate such offers at any time. The offers are void where prohibited by law.
16. Sama reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this program at any time, with 30 days' notice.
