Booking a flight with Sama is easy….you have the choice of booking directly with us online at flysama.com , via our Contact Centre on telephone 9200 05588, at one of our city or airport sales offices or you can book through your local travel agent.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
Our simple 5 step process allows you to select your preferred date and time of travel, or if you are just looking for a great value fare you can use the “find low fares” button to see when the fares are at their cheapest.
We recommend you set up a User Profile before booking your flights, once you have entered your profile details we will automatically remember you when you login in future, enabling you to review and change your existing bookings (change fees may apply). Making new bookings will also be easier as you will not have to re-enter your personal details. Please note your personal data will only be used to process your flight bookings and deliver our service to you, we will not share your data with any third parties.

Sadad
What is Sadad?
Sadad is Saudi Arabia’s unique electronic bill payment system. If you select to pay by Sadad you will be provided with a reference number that allows you to pay at many different banks in the Kingdom by cash, at an ATM machine, by telephone or by internet banking. Please note any flight bookings made using Sadad as a payment method not paid in full within 6 hours of booking will be cancelled.
Credit card
Sama accepts payments by both Visa, American Express and Mastercard. You will be asked for your credit card details, including the CVV number(this is the 3 digit number printed on the back of the Mastercard or Visa and the 4 digit number on the front of an American Express) as proof that the person making the booking has the card in their possession. You can view the credit card number when typing, but this information is encrypted before being transmitted for payment so is only stored within your PC or laptop. Our staff can only see the last 4 digits of your credit card number so your details are always secure. Please note the credit card holder must be one of the passengers in the flight booking
Sama has invested to create additional payment options for the convenience of the customer. To cover the cost of these services, please note administration charges may apply.
Once you have confirmed your flight details and payment you will be presented with your confirmation page which will include your unique booking number. Remember, Sama is a ticket less airline so no paperwork or tickets is issued to passengers. If you entered an email address an email confirmation will l be sent to you, but if you don’t have an email address we recommend you print out the confirmation page as you will need to present your booking number (and photographic ID) at the check in desk.

TELEPHONE BOOKINGS
Our Contact Centre is open from 0800 to 2100 hours, 7 days a week (except for some public holidays), if you would like to make a new booking, have a question regarding an existing booking or a general enquiry regarding our services please call 9200 05588 to speak to one of our sales agents (calls are handled in both Arabic and English).

Cash
You can pay for your booking in cash at one of our city or airport sales offices, please tell your sales agent that you wish to pay cash. Please note any bookings made using cash as a payment method not paid in full within 24 hours of booking will be automatically cancelled.

AIRPORT SALES OFFICE
If you wish to make your flight booking at the airport you can visit our sales desks at Riyadh (located in the Arrivals area of the Domestic Terminal), Jeddah (located in the arrivals area of the Domestic Terminal) or Dammam (located in the departures area next to the Sama check in desks).
Opening hours vary, but the desks will be open at least an hour before our first flight departure of the day and will not close until the last flight has departed.
Our airport staff will have access to all fares offered by Sama, including promotional discounts and seats can be purchased up to 45 minutes prior to a flight departing.
You can pay for your booking using either a credit card or cash only.
TRAVEL AGENTS
Travel Agents throughout the Kingdom and the rest of the world can access Sama flight schedules and fares, although they may charge a small handling fee for this service.
Please note, some promotional fares will only be available on flysama.com or via our call centre only and will not be on sale via Travel Agents. Payment methods will vary, please check with your Travel Agent for more details.
