How the information is used

The specific information we ask for is necessary to enable us to process your flight booking and provide you with air transportation. This includes your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address together with your billing address or any other details relating to your secure form of payment (i.e. credit or debit card number, expiry date and security numbers where necessary.)

If you are making a booking on behalf of other Passengers please make sure that you have gained their consent to divulge such information. Making the booking would be taken as an acknowledgement on your part that you have obtained such consent. It is possible that such information may be processed outside of Saudi Arabia.

We may use your personal data to advise you about our range of products and services.

Sama may pass your data to third parties in order to facilitate related transactions to your journey such as car hire or hotel accommodation.

Use of “cookies”

“Cookies” are pieces of data stored by your browser provided by Sama in order for us to identify your computer and your email address. These enable Sama to give a more personalised service on any future bookings. They do not store personal information. Cookies can be deleted from your hard drive according to the procedures of your equipment and software.
